It is a course only for fish dishes using French techniques. It does not serve as steamed rice like kaiseki or bread like French, but I am fully satisfied.

Since it is an accommodation facility only, it does not seem to be offered for day trips.

Accommodation guests directly with the counter or telephone line instructions, breakfast is not necessarily required, because the hotel has a simple breakfast, and no limit, there is rice balls and miso soup
